Your information is then SSL - encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

3. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes! We want you to be 100% satisfied. We allow returns on all orders as long as the return request is communicated within 14 days of you receiving the order. Returns must be in the condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. We can only accept returns on items that are still in new condition (i.e. item must not be soiled or otherwise have any dog fur, dirt, stains, or odors present).
